Paper and Cardboard : Passion Pictures / Javan Ivey
Here are a couple of nice animations with really inventive use of materials.
This is lovely. Probably the best advert on TV. It feels low tech but you can imagine the work that went into making it. Click here for a much cleaner version and further info.
An experimental animation in a technique being called "stratastencil" devised by Javan Ivey. Each frame is one piece of 4x6 card stock. About page: http://javanivey.com/my_paper_mind.html
